There are five primary symbols used to complement illustrations. These symbols indicate the part to apply such materials during service. Do not reuse the part. Replace a new one. Apply engine oil or transmission oil to the part. Apply automatic transmission fluid (ATT) to the part.

Description and Operation  Description The Evaporative Emission Control System prevents fuel vapor stored in fuel tank from vaporizing into the atmosphere. When the fuel evaporates in the fuel tank, the vapor passes through vent hoses or tubes to a canister filled with charcoal. The
